-Item race restriction — ATracer / detail
- Refactoring to enable access of services from jaxb templates.
- Added all scroll teleport additional data in item_templates.
- Implemented ReturnPointEffect in skill engine
- Added Verteron Citadel Scroll portal template (need add for other scrolls)
-added check for zones without links
-fix typo on rev1681 sql.
-Added Some Missing Some NPCs
-Source of the Pollution by Nephis: Work but need dialog fix and item
-typo fix sry
-Same as before, changed to spawned Monsters ty stpavel
-quest fix: npc_id="210577" ---> npc_id="210522" (its spawned only 522, ty the stpavel
-Added the portal alquimia_instance Tested!jov139.

-All Brusthonin zones.

- Wheres Rae This Time —
-Added Instances MapIds. portals later.
-All Morheim zones, thx Destin for links. Need check of missing flying zones in this map.

-fixed "S" delete — alikasm8 / detail
-Eracus temple fly="true" fix — alikasm8 / detail
- Correct FP state for glide
- Proper show glide up movement to other players. (no more instant teleport upward)
- Fixed gliding jerk phenomenon
- Fix a bug when a player from far away into your range of view, he'll look like he stop at the limit of your sight, and then instant teleport to nearby only when he change direction. thx RotO
